1. The Service

Sara.fit provides video-guided face yoga and facial exercise lessons, progress tracking, and related wellness content. We may update, add, or remove features at any time to improve the Service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

• Sara.fit is free to start. Some features require a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Except where required by law or app-store policy, payments are non-refundable.

4. Health disclaimer

Sara.fit is a wellness and fitness product, not a medical service. Our content is for general informational purposes and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or concern. Stop immediately and seek medical help if you feel pain or discomfort.

5. No guarantee of results

Results vary from person to person and depend on consistency and individual factors. Testimonials and example results are not a promise that you will achieve the same outcome.

6. Your content

Any progress photos or notes you create remain yours and are stored on your device. You are responsible for backing up your own content. We do not claim ownership of it.

7. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• copy, resell, or redistribute our lessons or content without permission;
• reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including all videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Sara.fit or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial use.

9. Third-party stores

Your download and use of the app is also subject to the terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play. In case of conflict regarding store transactions, the relevant store terms apply to that transaction.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sara.fit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
