1. Information we collect

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Service:

• Account details — such as your email address and name, if you create an account.
• Purchase information — your subscription status, provided by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage & device data — app interactions, lesson progress, streaks, approximate region, device type and app version, used to improve the Service.
• Progress photos — the weekly before/after photos you take are stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers, shared, or used to compare you to anyone else.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, maintain and personalise your lessons and progress tracking.
• To process subscriptions and send service-related notifications and reminders.
• To analyse aggregated, non-identifying usage so we can improve content and fix problems.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers (for example analytics, hosting, and the app stores that process payments) who act on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

4. Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time. Progress photos are controlled by you and remain on your device.

5. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.

6. Your rights

7. Children

Sara.fit is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will remove it.

Our website uses essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic and improve the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; declining non-essential cookies will not break core functionality.
